Gym and Fit
Gym and Fit is a Non Competitive Gymnastics and Fitness Program Started in 2015 by Kelly Hair. Kelly Has Been teaching Gymnastics for over 45 years, teaching 18 month olds through to national ranked athletes. Looking to open a facility where there is no pressure to compete and just learn to love gymnastics.
